After the success of our Tekne Festival on March 24th, which was won by the Tuesday Village School Advanced class, the next date in our diary is the upcoming Competition on May 19th. Details have been sent out with category routines and registration forms. This year categories will be based on ability only, Category A being for our beginners, Category B for our established gymnasts and Category C for our more advanced gymnasts. Please contact Susi for details if you have not already received them. We look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible to support our budding gymnasts. The competition is an excellent opportunity for our gymnasts to show their parents how much they have improved!!!

We are running our half term camp at Fitzjohn’s Primary School from February 13th – February 17th.

Mornings: 10 am – 12 noon    Full day:  10 am – 3pm

Prices:  All days: £180            Full day: £40

All mornings: £90                    Single morning: £20

Come and have a great time at our Half Term Gym Camp!! This is a chance for gymnasts to really improve their skills and have some fun. Book your place early to avoid disappointment.

We recommend children aged 3 and 4yrs to attend mornings only.

We are running our Monday afternoon class from 4.30pm-5.30pm, ages 4yrs and above at The Village School. Our Saturday classes are also held at The Village School, class times are as follows:

10am-11am 3yrs – 5yrs

11am-12pm 5yrs – 7yrs

12pm-1pm 7yrs and above.

Tekne Gymnastics is registered with British Gymnastics, the governing body for gymnastics in the UK; this means that all our gymnasts must become BG members also. All members receive a monthly letter from British Gymnastics keeping them up to date with events in the world of Gymnastics. With the London Olympics around the corner, there is never a better time to get involved!
